THE CAFÉ AUSTRALIA EXPERIENCE

Café Australia will avoid dated clichés about Australia but be infused with the positive, clean and colourful atmosphere visitors comment on and appreciate when they visit great Australian restaurants such as Harbour Side in Sydney, or on the beach in Queensland. There will be three components to make up the experience, a Gourmet shop, Veranda Bar and a Café.

The Gourmet Australia Shop will be located at the entrance selling a selection of very high quality gourmet Australian food and beverage products.

The Café will serve sit-down meals including Australian style steaks and seafood, and recipes that have become favourites in Australia ever since the first settlers gained access to the wonderful range of meat, fruit, and vegetables able to be grown in the warm environment. Additionally more contemporary Asian fusion food, recipes and drinks from Australia Women’s Weekly will feature.
